We look forward to welcoming everyone to our Intraclub Games Night this Wednesday 1st April! The Games Night will be held during our usual training session time slots.

Intraclub Games Night 🏐  

All teams will have 2 or 3 mini-games to play each other in a round robin!

Intraclub Game Sessions :
• GO & Juniors : 5.30-6.30pm
• Inters & Cadets : 6.30-7.30pm
• Seniors : 7.30-8.30pm

Our Intraclub Games Night is designed to aid the club in finalising team decisions and ensure that we are entering teams in the right divisions –plus its a bit of fun before the school holiday break!

Please arrive game ready
Nails clipped, hair tied back, water bottle full, jewellery off.
Wear your playing uniform or netball ready clothes (up to you).

Please let your coaches know if you can’t attend via the team chats– this will help our coaches with organising teams!

Net & Set Training Session 🏐 

• Net & Set : 5:30pm-6:30pm

Net & Set players will be participating in their usual Wednesday training sessions.
Reminder: Nails clipped, hair tied back, water bottle full & jewellery off.

School Holidays – ( 8-15th APRIL) 🏐

There will be NO TRAINING during the School Holiday Break -there are however wonderful netball clinics on offer during the holidays that are great fun for the kids!

Netball ACT offer School Holiday netball clinics for variety of school aged children! Develop your netball skills through Netball Act’s fun community clinics during the school holidays.

Hello to our wonderful Bullants community, we have a uniform update for all our players who have purchased new uniforms this season!

Hoodies

Hoodies have arrived and can be collected at training tonight (Wed 25 March) between 6.15-7.30pm.

Replacement Dresses

Our latest shipment of dresses came without Velcro to attach the bibs.
We are awaiting delivery of replacement dresses.

IMPORTANT: Please check your recently purchased dress. We know there are 30 people with faulty dresses. We will let you know when the new dresses arrive to swap them over. No issue if you have already worn your dress without Velcro to training. We still need it back.

Label Your Uniform

Please remember to put your name on your new hoodie, these are our most common lost property item!

Parent / Player Briefing 🏐

Tonight we are running a Parent/Player briefing session. This session is a chance to hear first hand about the season ahead, the focus of teams and coaches, and a chance to ask questions

Grass Courts – Upgrade Process 💫

Please be careful as you walk across the grass courts as there is some boreholes being drilled / filled over. This is exciting to have progress on the development and planning work for the new courts!

We welcome our NetSetGo players tonight! – Wednesday 4th March from 5:30-6:30pm for some group skills and games! 🏐
We will meet on court 1 (in front of the BBQ).

An important note about grading and teams

At Bullants Netball we are all here because we love netball, the teamwork, the friendships, the improvements and the efforts. Teams may change from season to season, but our commitment to providing a great club environment at Bullants remains.
No matter how much thought, care and discussion goes into the process, it is impossible to create teams where everyone is completely happy. We encourage you to embrace this understanding, celebrate your teammates and respect the process.
This is a hugely intensive time in our season and we truly appreciate the time and efforts of our graders and committee in making thoughtful and considered decisions about team compositions.

Teams will be emailed to you by the 9th March ahead of team training beginning 11th March.

Unfortunately due to heavy rain at courts and likely continuing showers for next hour or so, we are cancelling our junior assessment session for today. We will review state of the courts to determine whether 6.30 and 7.30 sessions can proceed. Assume we are proceeding with later sessions unless we advise otherwise.

What to wear!

❓A few people are asking what to wear? Good question!
Anything you like that is comfortable to play in! 🤗
You are welcome to wear your Bullants uniform if you like.

Please no loose hoodies, hard brim hats, things with strings, floppy pockets etc, per the normal netball rules.

Uniforms for sale! 

Our uniform shop will be Open from 6-8pm on each night of grading (18 Feb, 25 Feb & 4 Mar) for new and second hand sales.
